Get ready to recreate the iconic flavor of Big Mac Sauce with our sensational homemade version that stands toe-to-toe with the best!

Our recipe features white wine vinegar, sugar-free dill pickle relish, Allulose, grated sugar-free dill pickle, minced red onion, avocado oil mayonnaise (which you can make from scratch), sugar-free ketchup (also homemade), yellow mustard, onion and garlic powder, paprika, and salt.

This meticulously crafted sauce captures the essence of the beloved Big Mac, elevating your homemade burgers to new heights.

Recipe Tips

Feel free to use sugar-free dill pickle relish and pickles for a completely sugar-free option, or if preferred, regular sweet dill pickle relish and pickles can be used instead as the carb count per serving won't be significant.

For added flavor variations, consider adding a pinch of chipotle chili powder for a hot and smoky twist, cayenne pepper for extra heat, or adobo for a mild and smoky flavor. Additionally, to enhance the depth and sweetness, fry the onion in a skillet lightly greased with olive oil until lightly browned and fragrant.

I changed the way I ate in 2011, when I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, an autoimmune disease that affects the thyroid. I had no energy, and I found it more and more difficult to maintain a healthy weight.

That’s when I decided to quit sugar, grains, and processed foods, and to start following a whole-foods-based ketogenic approach to food.
