Oops! I did it again. I am so excited to announce my new book The Keto All Day Cookbook!

A few days ago I asked my followers on Instagram if they can help me pick the cover for my new cookbook and I can confirm that option A was overwhelmingly popular and won the contest for the cover of my new book!

This book is special because it’s a collection of the best recipes from my previous 5 keto cookbooks. It wasn't easy to pick the best recipes but I think I finally ended up with a great collection and I hope you like them as much as I do.

So are there any new recipes? Absolutely! Even if you have some (or all) of my books, I created 20 brand new recipes exclusively for this book.

It was also the first time ever to have my photo on a book cover. I felt nervous and excited at the same time! It was last winter and I was wearing my favourite dress while enjoying a keto chia mulled berry parfait, an all-time favourite in my house. The photo was taken in the kitchen by my friend Gwyn, the very talented photographer and filmmaker who has also been helping us with video editing. All those video recipes on my YouTube Channel wouldn't be possible without his help!

Trying to find things i enjoy.

Biggest struggle is being Korean and my mom makes rice and bread all the time!

For me the most difficult thing has been giving up breads and pastries. It can be quite time-consuming, or just very difficult to make alternatives.

I find sticking to a meal schedule is hard

My biggest struggle was being envious of others being able to eat the carbs I wasn't eating. Having that feeling "why can they eat fries and I can't" and then having to deal with those feelings and why I was having them.

My biggest challenge is avoiding temptations at the grocery store.

Giving up my favorite bread has been the biggest struggle.

The hardest part I found was giving up the convenience of fast food.

I just can't stick with it. I'll be on a (low-carb) roll for a while, and then a holiday will roll around with sweets and goodies that I can't resist, and before I know it, my whole plan is derailed and I'm back to square one.

My biggest challenge was feeling that low-carb was a chore and feeling kinda jealous when I see people eat freely. But now I've learnt to let go of those thoughts!

I have been doing a similar diet with the SCD diet for over 20 years not, and keto is very similar. My biggest problem with this way of eating has been with camping. In the summer months we live out of coolers and keeping veggies fresh is impossible. I precook much of our food, but the meals thaw in a few days. If anyone has any ideas for me, that would be greatly appreciated.

My biggest struggle has been dealing with family members who don't understand/accept my dietary changes

The hardest thing by far is finding recipes my whole family can enjoy. I'm finding my sons still prefer regular bread, pancakes and other starches.

My biggest struggle has been preparing separate food for me and my family. It is a constant struggle that makes me wanna skip almost everyday. I soldier through with great difficulty as buying from restaurants is not always an option.

The hardest thing for me in transitioning to a low carb diet is the many functions and celebrations I have to attend.

Eating out and socializing with friends and having keto options available

Eating out is my biggest struggle!

My biggest struggle in transitioning to a low-carb diet was definitely not being able to eat all sorts of fruit like I used to. I mean, berries are great and all, but sometimes I really miss bananas and other tropical fruits. However, seeing all the benefits that the transition has brought me, it's kind of worth it and I can still afford to eat a banana once in a month or something so that does it for me. 😊

Going out to eat has been the biggest problem. I feel like I can only get a handful of certain items and I get tired of the same thing to eat when I go out. I'd rather just stay in and make it myself.

Social pressure is my biggest struggle, lack of good options when going out, having to explain myself and alcohol.

My biggest challenge transitioning to keto, was the social aspect of eating with friends and family and choosing restaurant meals. I had to make a conscious effort to think and plan ahead, find alternatives and also look for some great new restaurants to visit! Now it’s easy!

My biggest struggle in transitioning to a low-carb diet was not eating bread. And I miss fruits. But on the other hand, I feel so mucn better 😊😊

Hardest part of transitioning was the first few days. Found great resources for electolytes and oil, and got my footing. Now, best part is no cravings at all. I never thought I’d experience a diet that I could last on more than 2 weeks, but this is a way of life for me now and it is a sustainable one. Thanks for the work you do.

The biggest struggle is not getting addicted to treats and realizing it adds up. Just because it’s Keto it can still be too much! Also moving to Europe from US and not having access to many items here as there for Keto
